Sessions

Coach & Co. structures its sessions to enable the maximum impact from the time available, ensuring consistency with the overall objectives whilst identifying issues that may need more urgent attention. Our structure begins with the setting of the ‘Contract’ for the session, giving a defined outcome to focus on, and upon which the success of the session can be measured. Then session then moves through a fluid process of exploring options, generation of insights, creating actions and embedding the value/outcomes of the Session.

Coaching Programs

Coaching programs can range anywhere from 1 session to in excess of 12 sessions, from 30 minutes to 2 hours, and can occur weekly to half-yearly. Depending on the clients specific needs, Coach & Co. recommends the following structures:

Option A

  • 6 sessions of 45 minutes
  • Conducted weekly / fortnightly
  • Duration of 2-3 months

Option B

  • 6 sessions of 1.5 hours
  • Conducted monthly
  • Duration of 6 months

The above structures are recommended starting points and can be tailored to meet individual clients or organisation’s needs.

Modes of Delivery

Coach & Co. is experienced in delivering Coaching via a variety of proven methods, including:

  • Face to face
  • Telephone
  • Teleconference
  • Webinar
  • Email

These modes of delivery are available for Coaching of both:

  • Individuals; and
  • Groups
