At the end of the program, the client was in a position of having negotiated the period of upheaval, made a clear decision about where they wanted their career to go and put into place steps to ‘market’ themselves to achieve that outcome.

Client came to Coaching with sense that they were ‘stuck’ in a difficult position, wanting greater flexibility and income certainty than the family business could provide, but unable to see an alternative. At the end of the program, the client was in a position of having made the decision to exit the family business, working in an enjoyable job with consistent hours and certainty of income.

Organisational client wished to provide a support mechanism for staff for a variety of challenges and opportunities. Coaching was recognised as the ideal method of tailoring this support for each individual. As a result, the individual was able to explore their current circumstances and possible courses of action within a supportive and confidential environment, whilst the Organisation benefited from improved performance levels from those individuals and/or those around them.

Reflection by Coach

Client had noticed reduced engagement levels from staff, impacting on the effectiveness of the service they were providing. The client wished to provide a support mechanism for their staff to address this situation. Staff were able to explore their current circumstances and possible courses of action within a supportive and confidential environment, whilst the Client benefited from greater engagement levels, a more supportive work environment and improved client service levels.
